Happy President's Day weekend everyone!  Today I tagged along with the distance kids from the CCHS Track team on their 1st day of practice as one of their coaches couldn't make it for their run.  We ran at San Elijo Lagoon just north of Solana Beach.  7.07 miles in 66 minutes & 31 seconds.  Picture below is of the kids.  They are awesome & I predict a great season ahead.  Come check them out if you have a chance!  We tried a video but you couldn't make out a word they said!  Lol!
