February 13th, Monday

Today was my 1st real wet run.  It was misting when I started out but about a mile in it started to come down a bit.  Stopped raining about mile 3 but was pretty much drenched by then.  6.6 miles in 63 minutes.

Went to  the 1st annual Derek Thomas Rugby Tourney yesterday after seeing this great piece on the news the night before.  He is simply an amazing young man who we can all learn something from when it comes to staying positive!

I also want to get some great presidential quotes rolling this week.  This one from Thomas Jefferson fits well with D-Rock's story I think.
