Tuesday Nov. 20th: The "freeway run" with the "swamp run" tacked on was the route today. Some good mileage and moving closer to the goal. It's getting exciting I would have to say!

Wednesday, Nov. 21st: Another trip around Fiesta Bay for a nice morning run. I have the Rush show tonight at the old SD Sports Arena (not sure what they are calling it these days...). Then, it's off to Vegas for Thanksgiving in the morning. Most-likely won't have time to run tomorrow but should make it out to Red Rock while I am there.

Wow Mr. R!! I was sitting here trying to study for final, with a lot of other serious things on my mind :( and I was giving up... went on Facebook... and saw your last post! It gave me so much inspiration to keep going. You always go above and beyond - You never accomplish things with the bear minimum; you just continue to amaze all of us with your perseverance and motivation. Keep it up!!!

DeleteThanks for chiming in just when I need it! I now have this deadline for school (Dec. 17th!) to be finished and I know I can make it but sometimes it is tough to motivate. I was just thinking how I was going to get 10 + in tomorrow and you have just made it much easier! Thanks for being there & I wish you all the best on your finals! You will do great, I know it! Remember that you go above an beyond too! It is a symbiotic relationship! HAHA! Hope to see you on the 17th, details to follow!
